Credits: 3; Prereq: Instructor permission. TUR 1180 is for students who have previous or heritage learning experience with Turkish language, but who are not advanced enough to take Intermediate Turkish (TUR2220). Students will gain competence in use of grammar, reading, listening and writing skill, particularly the use of the present simple and continuous tenses as well as the simple past.
