Elementary Cantonese I

CHIN 111 Level: Beginner

Cornell University

For beginners with very limited or no Chinese/Cantonese language background from heritage or previous formal training. CHIN 111 gives basic training in oral/aural Cantonese spoken and used in Guangzhou and Hong Kong in terms of pronunciation and sentence structures. By completion of Chin 111, students will acquire the oral skill to conduct basic daily life conversations in Cantonese.
